Hello Parents, Over the last month we have had Seussical information included in our Weekly Newsletter. Here is a brief summary of the information.  Parent Info Night: If you missed the meeting here is a recording of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENgB0cXuJ9Y Auditions and Callbacks: October 16th (Auditions done virtual through Canvas please. Click on link, then sign in using your name and email, finally go to the course Seussical and follow directions there) https://canvas.instructure.com/enroll/4RENJR. Call backs October 25th (We will send you an email if you are getting a call back). If you do not receive a call back it is because we already know where we are casting you! School will be dismissed at 1:30 on October 16. No School October 17 & 18. Professional Day - October 21 - No school for Students.

All Stewart Stars are invited to participate in the Reflections Contest. Entries are due on October 25. Rules and submission of entries can be found at https://www.utahpta.org/ref

Please support the efforts of the PTAs from Viewmont, Bountiful and Woods Cross as they host a Meet the Candidates night TONIGHT at the Centerville Library. The 4 candidates for our local Davis School Board races will be there.

The Parent Teacher Conference Scheduler opens today. Conferences will be held in person each day. Conference dates are October 2 and 3. Boo to the Flu will also be held each day.

PTA is sponsoring SERVICE WEEK.

200 club party number one is in the books. Thanks to everyone who earned their way there.

We had our first Pizza with the Principal today. A student from each class was nominated by their teacher for contributing to our MAGIC.

STEAM Night Food Trucks. Come eat tacos, corn dogs and frozen treats. Trucks will be open 4:30 - 6:30 pm. Don't miss the fun on Thursday night!

Our 200 club is filling up quickly. Our students are working hard to earn tickets. When a student earns a ticket they also get a token and a positive call home. Any adult in the school can hand out tickets. So make sure you are following school rules and bringing the MAGIC!

Centerville Swig is hosting Stewart Elementary Spirit day on Wednesday. 25% of all proceeds goes to the Stewart PTA.
