New Student & Hybrid Schedule Appointments

The Counseling Center is closed for the summer, if you need to schedule an appointment for the fall we have scheduled specific days for student needs for the 2026-27 school year.

New Student Registration Appointment Link

  • Monday August 3: 9:00am-12:00pm

  • Tuesday August 4: 12:00pm-3:00pm

Hybrid/Home Release Counseling Appointment Link

  • Wednesday August 5: 9:00am-12:00pm

  • Thursday August 6: 12:00pm-3:00pm

We are excited to welcome new students to West Point Junior High during our New Student Enrollment Days on Monday, August 3 from 9-12 and Tuesday, August 4 from 12-3.

To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please sign up for an appointment time in advance. You can find the sign-up link and view available time slots in the above link.

Before your appointment, be sure to review the list of required documents below

What to expect during your appointment:

  1. Meet with one of our registrars to complete the enrollment process.

  2. Meet with a school counselor to discuss your student’s academic needs.

  3. Enjoy a guided tour of the school led by one of our amazing Student Body Officers!

Please note: Student class schedules will not be provided during enrollment appointments. Your student will be shown how to access their schedule when they are released to all students later that week.

More Information on Hyrbid/Home Release Appointments:

We are always planning for the fall here at West Point Junior High. We will be doing some scheduling days for students who are looking for a Hybrid or Home Release in their schedule for the 2026-27 school year. These appointments will be  Wednesday, August 5 from 9-12 and Thursday, August 6 from 12-3.

What to expect during your appointment:

  1. Meet with a school counselor to discuss your student’s hybrid schedule needs only. 

    1. Counselors can enroll your student in Davis Connect courses if needed

    2. Sign Contracts for Home Release and discuss how that works. 

  2. THESE APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY FOR STUDENTS WANTING A HOME RELEASE ON TO ENROLL IN SOME ONLINE COURSES. THESE ARE NOT SCHEDULE CHANGE APPOINTMENTS.

Please note: Student class schedules will not be released until August 7. Your counselor will discuss specifics with you and your student on your hybrid students needs. Your student will be shown how to access their schedule when they are released to all students later that week.
